Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting ColorellaRevival! We’re grateful for every customer and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

All digital products, including printable coloring books, journals, and downloads, are non-refundable.
Once your purchase is completed, you will instantly receive an email with your digital files. Because these items are delivered electronically, we cannot issue refunds or exchanges.

If you experience a technical issue (such as download errors or broken links), please contact us within 7 days of purchase at owner@colorellarevival.store and we’ll be happy to help.

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will gladly offer a replacement or store credit if the product is proven damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.

Please note:

• We cannot offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or incorrect shipping addresses.
• Physical products fulfilled by Amazon or KDP must follow their return process.
   

• Orders for digital products cannot be canceled once payment is processed.
• For physical orders, contact us as soon as possible — if your order hasn’t shipped, we may be able to assist.
